Personal Data refers to all types of personal information relating to you. Personal information allows the holder of the information to identify you. It includes both recorded in material form and not.

Who is responsible for personal data?

We, SSC are the responsible controller for any personal data you provide us.

What categories or types of personal data do we collect?

We will collect basic personal data required to conduct business with you.

Your full name and job title, residential and office address, telephone/mobile number, email address and government issued ID’s details.
Your nationality, gender, marital status, date and place of birth.
Financial capacity, source of income and bank details.
For Corporations – name and address of business, business permits, GIS. contact number, contact person, email address, Sec Cert.

You should ensure the accuracy and correctness of all the personal data you provide.

How do we use your personal data?

For documentation, to send you statements, notices and updates and to communicate with you through the channels you have approved to keep you up to date on the latest development.

With whom do we share your personal data?

To comply with legal and regulatory bodies, we submit reqiured information to government agencies, like the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC), Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) and Capital Markets Integrity Corporation (CMIC).

How do we protect your personal data?

We put in place reasonable and appropriate organizational, physical, and technical security measures, We train our employees on how to handle your personal data.

These security measures aim to guard against risks such as accidental loss or destruction, and human dangers such as unlawful access, fraudulent misuse, unlawful destruction, alteration and contamination of your personal data.

How long do we store your personal data?

We will only retain your information for as long as necessary for the purpose for which they were collected or as required by the law and regulation. We will destroy your personal data when its retention is no longer required by purpose, law or regulation.

How to exercise data privacy rights?

We understand and recognize your rights under the DPA Act of 2012, which includes your rights to information, object, access, rectifiation, erasure or blocking, lodging a complaint, damages and data portability.
